Like many people, I started my fitness journey feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice online and constantly wondering if I was doing enough. Over time, I learned that lasting results don't come from perfection, they come from consistency, balance, and building habits you can actually maintain.
Through strength training, prioritizing protein, improving my relationship with food, and learning how to work with my body instead of against it, I lost 40 pounds while navigating life with Type 1 Diabetes.
Today, my goal is to help others simplify fitness, build confidence in the gym, develop a healthier mindset around food, and create a lifestyle they genuinely enjoy. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your habits, or simply feel more comfortable in your own skin, I want you to know you're not alone on your journey.
While I openly share my experience living with Type 1 Diabetes, The Glow Group is for EVERYONE 🤍 You do not need to have T1D to benefit from the workouts, accountability, guidance, and community. However, for my fellow Type 1 Diabetic girlies, I also created the Dia-Baddies Club 🦋 ; a dedicated space where we can talk about the unique challenges of balancing diabetes, fitness, food, and everyday life.
