I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by fitness, food, and all the conflicting advice online. For years, I thought I needed to be perfect to see results, but the biggest thing I learned was that consistency will always beat perfection.
Through learning balance, prioritizing protein, lifting consistently, and building habits I could actually maintain, I lost 40 pounds while navigating Type 1 Diabetes. More importantly, I built a healthier relationship with food, fitness, and myself.
My goal is to help others avoid the mistakes, frustration, and confusion I experienced by sharing realistic advice, practical tips, and the mindset shifts that made the biggest difference in my journey.
